Services. Torque N Shine provides Interior Car Detailing, Exterior Car Detailing, Headlight Restoration, Leather Conditioning, Auto Odor Removal, Wheel Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. Torque N Shine (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination. Torque N Shine may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Torque N Shine makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Torque N Shine arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Torque N Shine harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by MI law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in MI for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
